To equip leaders with practical, hands-on Spirit-led tools and skills necessary for effective ministry in our ever-changing world. Through workshops, hands-on activations, and leadership hubs, the Summit seeks to raise leaders who are wise master builders, spiritually sensitive and operationally excellent, able to lead prophetically in diverse contexts and constituencies.
Teaching
An anointed atmosphere that fosters a global leadership grounded in sound, biblical doctrine that inspires transformational thinking and ministry innovation. Provide a teaching environment that not only imparts knowledge but also ignites revelation, empowering leaders to teach others faithfully and multiply kingdom impact.
Mentorship
Raising a new generation of leaders through intentional, relational mentorship, offering personal guidance, spiritual accountability, and wisdom, sharing that empowers leaders to grow in both character and calling. Mentors will walk alongside emerging and upcoming leaders, helping them develop authenticity, resilience, sound doctrine and Christ-centered leadership.
